ONLY $25 DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your student discount. You may pay for your pass in full any time prior to the final payment deadline. Your pass will not be processed until it is paid in full. Last day to make a Deposit Only is Friday, October 4, 2024.
REFUND POLICY:
Once you have paid a minimum deposit, SkiSync is not able to refund any amount. The pass is non-refundable.
FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINES:

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU PAY IN FULL FOR YOUR IKON PASS:
After the pass is paid in full, and you’ve been student verified, SkiSync will upload your information into the Ikon database. A confirmation email with a Promo Code and instructions is emailed. The instructions direct you to https://account.ikonpass.com/en/promocode to process the code, upload a photo for your pass, input your shipping address and sign a liability waiver.
DEFERRALS:
To redeem a deferral credit from the previous year, you must’ve already submitted your deferral request with Ikon under their Adventure Assurance program. You can reach out to Ikon or you can email us and we can help apply your deferral credit to your IkonPass.com account.
You can defer your 24/25 pass to next year, 25/26, until December 12, 2024. In order to defer your pass, you will have to redeem your code for the current season then continue to your IkonPass.com profile and defer your pass from there. Contact ikonpass@skisync.com for further assistance.
When can I expect to receive my Ikon Pass in the mail?
Your pass will not be processed through Alterra until it is paid in full. If you purchase your pass and pay in full, SkiSync will issue your Promo Code once it is received by Alterra. If you would like to activate your pass for 2024 spring skiing, please reach out to SkiSync directly at ikonpass@skisync.com. Passes will not be processed by Alterra until all steps above are complete. Alterra will start mailing physical passes in fall 2024.
Can I pick up my Ikon Pass at an Ikon Resort?
Yes, as soon as your pass is processed this fall, you have the option to pick up your Ikon Pass at any North American Alterra Resort with your confirmation number.
What about Pass Insurance?
SPOT insurance coverage is available for purchase directly through Alterra Mountain Company Insurance options can be added to your profile by reaching out to college@alterramtnco.com until October 31st, 2024.
