Q: What if I need to cancel my trip and I purchased the CFAR policy?

• 48 Hours before the trip, you can cancel for any reason and receive a 75% reimbursement of your SkiSync trip cost. Login to your account at gw.skisync.com to view Trip Insurance details.

Q: Who do I contact if I purchase the CFAR policy through SkiSync?

Please contact Vertical Insurance at support@vicoverage.com.

Q: Is travel insurance required to attend the ski trip?

• SkiSync highly recommends all trip participants have travel coverage. This coverage is offered through the SkiSync portal with Vertical Insurance during registration, If you did not purchase Vertical Insurance coverage at the time of registration, contact support@vicoverage.com and they can add coverage for you.

Q: What if I'm a New York resident and unable to purchase the CFAR insurance?

• If you are a New York resident, please contact insurance@skisync.com for a separate policy.

Q: Is travel insurance refundable?

• No. Your travel protection is purchased by SkiSync at the time of registration and covers your invoice throughout your ski trip from the deposit payment until the last day of the ski trip.

Q: What is the deadline to obtain insurance?

• If you have not paid in full for your trip, you may contact insurance@skisync.com to add it as a trip option.

Do I need trip insurance?

• Trip insurance is not required; it is highly recommended. Winter storm systems are constant this time of year and serve as an excellent reminder of the benefits available with travel insurance. When planning travel during the winter, travel insurance benefits include trip cancellation, travel delay, medical emergency, and missed connection benefits. We offer a range of options to cover you in almost any situation.
