Assisting the management team with client-specific objectives and tasks. We work in tools like MailChimp, PandaDoc, Google Drive, Survey Monkey, Slack and our proprietary registration database. We need you to feel comfortable navigating those tools and working within those environments. Our main office is in Austin but we have team members in Colorado and California so these online tools are paramount to the success of this position. Certain tasks required by this role include managing and manipulating customer data in excel spreadsheets, working with our designer to develop and implement email campaigns in Mailchimp, procuring information about SkiSync's events to create trip confirmation emails via Mailchimp, in addition, executing ground an air transportation manifests for our clients and customers.
